22dhk Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 22dhk platform and all its services. When you create an account on 22dhk or use the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 for each method.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Using third-party accounts or credit cards is prohibited.

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise instructed.

• Applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before withdrawal.

22dhk may delay or reject any withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000.

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount.

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 22dhk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if evidence of abuse is found.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been converted into real money.
• Restrictions on using bonuses for certain games or game categories may apply — read the promotion details carefully.

Each game available on 22dhk follows the rules of the specific game provider. Game results from all providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and Ezugi — are determined by an automated and impartial RNG (Random Number Generator).

• Once a round has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• Game manipulation, use of bots or any technical exploit is strictly prohibited.

Cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports betting follow these rules:

• Odds given before an event starts may change — the odds at the time of placing the bet apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be considered void and the funds will be returned.
• In live betting, a bet cannot be changed after it has been accepted.
• 22dhk reserves the right to investigate if unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in 22dhk immediately closing the account and confiscating all funds:

• Multiple accounts: The same person may not operate more than one account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to legitimize illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to profit by systematically circumventing bonus conditions.
• Technical manipulation: Use of bots, scripts or automated software.
• Collusion betting: Multiple players attempting to manipulate the system together.
• Third-party funds: Placing bets using another person's money.
• False information: Providing false information during registration or the verification process.

22dhk may suspend any account for the duration of an investigation in the following situations:

• Additional documents are required for identity or age verification.
• Unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity are detected.
• A payment dispute or chargeback is in progress.
• Compliance with a legal investigation or directive from a regulatory authority is required.
